Micro E-nail Kit for Dabs

The largest banger/ bucket setups commonly available. As such these require quite large dabs for effective use, much smaller than around 0.1g will provide a sub-par experience. 

The 25mm axial e-nail with thick wall quartz bangers are mains powered beasts so are for home use only. They have accurate and stable temperature control so provide excellent quality dab experience. Quartz is one of the preferred materials to consume from, being inert it provides clean accurate flavour profiles, this is enhanced here by the accurate temperature control. 

The e-nail setup consists of a PID controller, a 220V AU plug and a 220V round e-nail coil. These are used to heat the included quartz Banger (14mm male joint) with quartz insert with a high level of consistency. The quartz insert is included as they make for easier cleaning since the insert takes the majority of the residues. So that can be swabbed out, removed and torch cleaned if required (on a heat proof surface) or even switched over for a fresh one, requiring for less regular full cleans of the banger. 

General temperature range reccomendations: on this device is between 200-280C without an insert and around 220C-300C with an Insert. Due to heat losses in the system (between banger and insert), temperatures when using the inset need to be set a little higher. Please note that this suggested range is a conservative temperature range as you can always turn it up if you want thicker clouds, but once your dab is burnt it's gone! So we tend to suggest starting at slightly lower temperatures then turning it up if desired.

The average banger temperature (across the base and walls, which do not heat at the same speed, the walls heat faster as it's coil heated) will tend to sit at around 25C lower than the set temperature on the controller (depending on the exact tolerance of the banger and coil, this can vary a little - a slightly looser fit between banger and coil requires a slightly higher set temperature.). Different concentrates also vaporize at different temperature ranges so there is no one right answer as to the best temperature. It's partly down to the specific setup tolerances, partly down to personal preference and partly down to the specific concentrate you're using! 

Heat time for this setup takes around 5 minutes to stabilize, ensure you give it at least this long so that the temperature throughout the banger can stabilize. Whenever possible heat your insert with the banger and never drop (always carefully lower) your insert into the banger, if you're using one. When using the insert please allow it to pre-heat for a little longer as there are always heat losses in systems like this. If you're starting a fresh session with a clean or replacement insert in the hot banger, give it around 5 minutes for the insert to heat before loading your dab in. 

The PID Controller has an auto shut-off timer set to two hours. This timer can be increased to five hours, decreased to one hour or turned off entirely so your banger is always kept at the desired temperature (instructions below). 

As the temperature is constant this setup is ideal for session use, load it up and repeatedly hit it until the concentrate has been cleared. Then wipe and repeat as desired.
