Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt. Our order cutoff is midday (12pm) AEST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times vary by location and product, and typically range from 2-10 business days once dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships — tracking can take up to 48 hours to update in the Australia Post system after being created.
Please note: During periods of high demand, Australia Post may experience operational delays beyond our control.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be split into separate shipments based on size, weight, or packaging requirements to ensure your items arrive safely. You'll receive tracking details for each shipment separately and can track them anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Signature on Delivery
Most parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery confirmation. You will need to sign for your parcel or have it redirected to a safe location. If you won't be home, consider having your order sent to a workplace or your nearest Australia Post Parcel Locker.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. Once your shipping label is created, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via the Herbware tracking page, the Australia Post website, or the Australia Post app. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact Australia Post directly on 13 13 18 during business hours.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — see checkout for details.
Once Your Order Has Left Us
Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post. While we take every care in packing and dispatching, we cannot be held responsible for parcels once they are in the carrier's hands. If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll work with you to resolve it.
