Returns Policy
We will always do our best to ensure your goods get to you as safely and quickly as possible but we understand that sometimes things may go wrong.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for Change of Mind purchases, we may however be able to offer you a store credit or exchange.
If you are unsure if the items you are looking to buy are compatible with your device or right for you please reach out prior to making your purchase, our Live Chat is active Monday – Friday during business hours or you can send us an email via the Contact button.
If you find once you have received your order that the items are not fit for your intended purposes please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
Should you wish to exchange or return any item purchased as part of a Bundle or Deal you will need to return all items that are part of this. Individual parts of Bundles and Deals will not be exchanged without all items having been returned.
Please note, should you choose to return items to us for store credit or exchange they must be unopened, unused, include all parts and accessories included and be in resellable condition. If the items are not as above you will be given the option of paying an additional postage amount to have them returned to you.
Return postage will be at the buyers expense for all returns outside of our warranty process.
Returned / Undeliverable Mail
When placing your order it is your responsibility to ensure your address is complete and correct. Please take the time to ensure we have all the information we need to get your order straight to you.
We highly recommend adding your mobile phone number to your order so we are able to easily contact you if there is any issue.
Should your parcel be returned to us for any reason we will reach out to correct the issue. You will be given the option of paying an additional fee for the order to be resent or a $20.00 restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued to cover the returned postage expense.
Damaged in Transit
We take ever care possible to ensure your order arrives safe and sound but as a lot of the items we sell are fragile in nature sometimes there can be issues beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged item in your order please reach out to us immediately.
We will need photographic evidence of the damaged item along with the packaging it was received in, including any outer boxes or envelopes. These can be provided via the Live Chat function or by emailing us through the Contact button.
